In the event of an out of stock on an item that youÕve ordered, you will receive an email notification.

ORDER PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION
Orders placed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, before 4 PM Pacific Time will be processed that day and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 4 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Shortly after you finished with your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation. Once an order has been placed we will not be able to make any modifications or cancellations.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail.
We ship with UPS Ground and FedEx Express. Ground shipping is not available for International, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping time does not include holidays, Saturdays and Sundays and we do not offer Saturday delivery. Please do not provide PO BOX addresses, as UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO BOX address. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and shipping method chosen.

Please note that ground shipping is not available for International, Hawaii and Alaska shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept international orders. The shipping, tariff and duties costs for international shipments will be charge to the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for questions regarding taxes and duties.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays or Holidays. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and shipping method chosen. We do not accept returns for International Orders.

RETURN POLICY
Return and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 business days (14 days) of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with all tags attached. We reserved the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet our return policy requirements. We DO NOT accept returns or exchange on jewelry, vintage and sale items. We also DO NOT accept returns for INTERNATIONAL Orders. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Please note that the shipping charge will be not refunded.

We strongly suggest that you use shipment methods that provide a tracking number (FedEx or UPS), so you can be sure that we receive your package. We cannot be responsible for the packages if the package is lost during
the shipping process.

Once we receive your package, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within five business days. We will send you an email notification of your return/exchange.
